My background has been in Manufacturing and Customer Service and I am now enjoying retirement.  I started work as a Secretary many years ago & retired as a Book Keeper - having been a Customer Services Manager & Quality Manager for various manufacturing companies during that time. 

 

In 2013 Craft Illusion became very popular both online and  in the craft collective shops around the area.

 

From the original  5 crafters shops and the onset of Covid, 2 have since closed down so I reduced the number of outlets to concentrate on mail order which has been extremely successful.  I  kept one shop to showcase my products  'The Craft Collective' in Redruth which has ridden the storm and is doing extremely well..

My husband Terry,  is a talented wildlife photographer and works for the RSPB, so his photographic advice & studio are proving very useful.

 

And of course customer service and quality apply to all businesses whatever the size.

I have always been interested in handicrafts which now includes soap making so I thought it was time to change from Craftillusion to Mounts Bay Crafts.
